This is the mother of all wing deals, and they have it most nights of the week. 10 cent boneless wings, 20 cent classic wings all day Sunday and after 4pm Monday-Wednesday. They also offer the deal Saturday 12-5pm and boneless wings-only on Thursday nights. You can literally get stuffed for $3-4 here, and the wings themselves are really solid with options for mild, medium, hot and BBQ. They also have an awesome beer selection and proudly do not offer bud, coors or miller.

Native New Yorker... I know what's good around here
This is the best wing deal in the city in my opinion, and they are also among the best wings. 10-cent wings Monday-Wednesday, running from 6pm-12am. There's a two drink minimum, but the alcohol is cheap, and it's always fun to have a couple brews and watch the live music. I don't go here on the weekend -- it turns into a packed college bar -- but it's a great place during the week for their wing special.
My friends think I'm a food snob
This is a quaint, unpretentious pub near NYU (like many of the other places on this list) that serves cheap beer and has a downstairs pool table for entertainment. They serve 45-cent wings and $4 seasonal beers on Mondays. The tater tots are also really great here if you want to mix it up with the wings.
Midwest girl, love to cook and dine out in NYC!
This was one of my favorite pubs when I lived in the area. They have a wednesday night wing special that runs 7-11pm with $0.25 wings, $3 coors light drafts and $9 coors light pitchers. It can sometimes fill up a bit quickly on Wednesdays so you might want to get there towards the earlier end of when the special starts.
1849 is on Bleecker St., and being right around NYU it definitely has the college bar vibe to it. It's usually a good time though, and has a great wing special and half price alcohol on Sunday and Monday. The wings are 25 cents from 12-6pm on Sundays and all day on Mondays. As far as quality, the wings here are above average. Not mind-blowing, but definitely a good value especially when you consider the half-off drinks.

Phebe's is an east village staple, and I've been enjoying their Wednesday night wing special since all the way back in my NYU days. It's ten-cent wings with every pitcher from 8pm-midnight every Wednesday. The wings are solid, and the atmosphere is lively without being overly packed. Wednesdays are definitely a great night to meet here with friends.
