I eat Asian food at least once a week. Whether it be Thai, Cantonese, Japanese, Chinese, or Ramen, I know my way around the menu. That being said, I had the pleasure of eating at the New York outpost of London's hot-spot "Zuma" on Monday and it was a breath of fresh air to old favorites. Small details in flavor profile and presentation brought excitement to the normally standard Sushi/Sashimi experience. Try the Skin on Yellow Tail with pickled garlic and their signature roasted Lobster which is served in its own shell. A truly fantastic experience
If you like it then you shoulda put sriracha on it
Yum! I've been wanting to try Zuma for some time the lobster sounds fantastic!

Skin on Yellow Tail and Roasted Lobster? I'm in! I've heard they have a great sake list as well.

Chef/Owner at Sweet Chili
This place is always packed, especially in the summer. Casual, friendly service. AMAZING food, and spicy! But only when you ask for it to be spicy. Not expensive, cash only, full bar and they are closed Wednesdays! A must go for Thai!
It's on my list, now! Thanks for the rec.
