Great place to experience what it is like to dine in an old traditional steakhouse in the theater district. Old historical photos and churchwarden pipes line the walls and ceilings of this old surviving landmark restaurant. Everything around really helps immerse you in the early 20th century period feel. It's a great place to bring a group and probably one of the last few places that makes proper mutton chops. When I went there I had the mutton, a steak and few sides to split among the group and were very satisfied.

Tourist tip: The restaurant is very dim at night, so I wouldn't recommend taking any photos there.
