Line Cook at Wallse, formerly Sous Chef Savann Restaurant, International Culinary Center
I'm new to the community and to Wallse, but I am certain that Wallse has all the basis covered. Stunning art adorns the walls, including a giant portrait of the heralded Chef/Owner of Wallse, Kurt Gutenbrunner. The ambiance is comfortable and unique. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Plus the wine selection has been crafted to heavily feature high quality Austrian wines. Knowledgeable and trendy clientele keep the kitchen staff in pursuit of perfection. Wallse delivers a little piece of Vienna to the West Village.
Beautiful description of Wallse! Thanks for sharing Justin!
